Field Crew

The Field Crew is a large group of parent volunteers who build props and assist with transporting props, uniforms, equipment, etc. to competitions.  Early in the season the Field Crew builds, paints field and guard props, blinds and prop carts. For competitions, they coordinate the transportation of 300+ band members, 50 staff & parents, uniforms, instruments, equipment, props, water, etc.

The number of Field Crew members who travel with the band is limited, but more are welcome to help with prop construction, painting, etc.  Special skills like set construction, welding, etc are a plus, but not required.

All field crew members must pass the CCS background check.  To complete the background check, click here Background Check and select Volunteer @ CCS.
