We have many sponsorship levels available, we understand in the current economic environment, it is asking a lot to ask for $10,000; $5,000; or even $3,000. We do however believe we have great value and opportunity for visibility. Commitments for any of the previously mentioned levels would result in becoming the first company to get recognition on our band semi-trailer, which as you can see from our schedule, will be getting considerable road time this year. This is a new opportunity in 2009.
A particular opportunity we would like to bring to your attention is our Community Preview Night, October 23. This is a very important event which is highly attended by all band immediate family members, grandparents, friends and community members. We are really working to make this a big event and attendance has grown considerably over the last few years. A $2,000 commitment to this would result in the Event Sponsor getting special recognition and seating at this event as well as opportunities to share information about their business at all remaining Football Game Band Tailgate Parties and all other marching band events.
As is detailed in the brochure, sponsor recognition includes recognition at all Carmel Band events for the remainder of the 2009-2010 School Year, a link on the band website http://www.carmelbands.org/, as well as, potentially (depending on timing of commitment), recognition on the family member tour shirts. The family member tour shirts are seen by literally thousands of people at band competitions, including the Grand National Championships at Lucas Oil Stadium the second weekend of November.
A commitment to any of the levels previously mentioned would be instrumental in the continued success of our world class band programs and directly benefit over 1000 students and families as well as result in top sponsor billing this year.
